You will be guided through a series of thoughtful prompts that invite you to pause and reflect on how decisions would unfold if you were not able to explain them yourself.
Along the way, brief reflections help you notice patterns in your thinking, without judging your responses or pushing action.
At the end of the experience, you will receive a simple snapshot showing how much of your current situation feels intentional, and how much may be relying on default processes.
